This policy explains how SQUARE Real Estate Investment (“SQUARE”, “we”) handles the information you send us through this website, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the website’s forms:
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it.
- Your message, and the property you are asking about, if any.
You do not need an account, and we do not collect payment card or national ID numbers through the website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and contact you about it.
- To arrange a viewing of the property you asked about and follow up on your request.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.
Who can see it
Only SQUARE’s sales and management team can see your enquiry, through a password-protected admin panel. Website data is stored by our hosting provider on our behalf. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are dealing with your request, then for as long as the law or the protection of either party’s rights requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are needed to run its forms and protect them from automated submissions. We do not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics tools.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@square-eg.net and we will reply as soon as we can.
Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff accounts. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure.
